TXJPA Fall Puzzle Event

Join TXJPA for a fun day of puzzling in San Marcos on September 19, 2026.

We will have a puzzle swap, community puzzle, door prizes and 4 speed puzzle contests.

Schedule:

• 9:45 am - Check-in
• 10:00 am - "Choose Your Own Adventure" Solo or Pair Event - Take it on solo, or get help from a partner. 1 or 2 people work to finish a 300 piece puzzle. (60 min time limit) There will be prizes for both divisions. 
• 11:20 am - Double Pair Relay Event - Teams of 4 are divided into 2 pairs.There will be two 300 piece puzzles to complete. Each pair works on a puzzle for 5 minutes and then they swap with the other pair. (75 min time limit)
• 12:40 pm - Lunch Break
• 1:30 pm - Pair Mix-up Event - Pairs of 2 will receive 3 different 100 piece puzzles... ALL MIXED UP. You need to build 3 different puzzles to complete the contest. (60 min time limit)
• 2:45 pm - Team Event - Teams of 4 will race to complete a 500 piece puzzle (60 min time limit)
• All Day - Puzzle Swap, Large Community Puzzle, Puzzle Chess Practice

Tickets are sold per person - you can purchase multiple of the same ticket if buying for a complete pair or team. Enter each participant's name per ticket. For Example, if you know your entire team, you can purchase 4 Team Event entry tickets. 

No Partner? No Problem! You do not have to sign up with a partner or team mate for the pair/team events. We can match you up with other solo puzzlers at the event.

Tickets are not needed for the puzzle swap, community puzzling or for spectators.

Volunteers needed! 

If you would like to be a volunteer, please select one of the FREE Volunteer Tickets. All Volunteers will be entered into a "Volunteer Only" raffle.
