Texas Object Hangout 2026
Texas Object Hangout is back at it again in our fourth year, yeehaw! We're riding it back on January 3rd, 12 PM - 5 PM!
This is an event for the OSC, and you're the star! We will be having a cosplay stage, film festival, community games showcase, guest Q&A, and more!
Once again, we're at the Lewisville Grand Theater at 100 N Charles St, Lewisville, TX 75057
Tickets are $18 each, every attendee including accompanying parents must have a ticket to enter the theatre space. Merchandise and concessions will be sold in the theatre lobby and accept cash or card.

The OSC Film Festival is back! Celebrate your hard work and creative spirits in this year's showcase!
Only one film per group (individuals are allowed to be part of multiple groups)
A rating of PG or below (please no swearing, adult themes, or great violence. This is an all ages event)
Time limit is up to 6.5 minutes per film (no minimum time)
All films will be shown on livestream, so no content ID material!
Films cannot have a significant amount of the content be advertising e.g. for merchandise.
Films cannot have a significant portion of the content be remuxed from existing media e.g. YTPs, reaction videos.
If a film is submitted without captions, automatically generated ones will be overlayed for the showing.
Films can be previously published and do not have to be made for the event.
We will accept only Youtube links (unlisted links are fine).
It is not required to have a ticket to the event to make a submission.
Film submissions are open until 11:59 pm CST Sunday, Dec 28th 2025.
Community Games Showcase
We had so many amazing game submissions last year that we're creating a whole new Games Showcase for this year's Texas Object Hangout! If you have a game trailer to show off, please submit it in this category!

Cosplay Stage
Strut your stuff and show off your craftsmanship to the crowd! The cosplay showcase is open to all ticket-holding attendees who sign up at the event. This is not a contest, just a way to celebrate your creativity!
- Costumes must be appropriate for an all ages audience.
- Costumes can be object OC's or related to the OSC in some way.
- Attendee must be okay with being shown on livestream
- No age restriction, younger cosplayers may consider having a parent accompany them on stage.
