Styled by the Culture: The Legacy of Black Fashion
Fresh off DC Fashion Week, join us for a powerful conversation on how influential figures in fashion are building communities through style — and why, in Black culture, fashion has always been more than just clothes.
Black fashion has long set the blueprint for global trends, yet questions of ownership, authenticity, and legacy remain at the forefront when the runway borrows from the block. This candid discussion will bring Kay Davenport (@ohheyykay), Ron David (@mr.rondavid), & Ty Hunter (@tytryone) together to explore how fashion can be used not just as self-expression, but as a tool for storytelling, community building, and generational impact.
