Summer Solstice Walk

Want to make the most of the longest day of the year, maximising the roughly 17 hours of daylight we will enjoy? 

The summer solstice marks the moment that our hemisphere is most tilted towards the sun, giving us the maximum length of daylight.

Then why not join us bright and early at Thames Chase Forest Centre for our Summer Solstice Walk, Sunday 21st June from 09:00 till 10:00. Our Walk Leader will guide you on an hour-long relaxing stroll around our beautiful woodlands, stopping and talking about the nature and wonder we see along the way. Suitable for:  Anyone above the age of 16, and younger people who would be able to stand quietly during the Solstice.
