July Guided Heritage Walk: South Weald

Come along and join the Thames Chase July Heritage Walk!

This promises to be an interesting 3 mile stroll through Weald Country Park with its lovely lakes, waterfowl and wildlife. We will look at the beautiful St Peters Church, and venture to see what little remains of the historic Weald Hall, the original Manor House, and the prehistoric Iron Age camp. With such rich history and picturesque scenery, this is not a walk to miss!

Please meet us at the public Belvedere Car Park off Weald Road, west of the Church, postcode CM14 5QL at 10am. There is a £5.50 parking charge for this car park. There are public toilets at the car park.

Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing. Please also wear suncream and bring water.

This walk is suitable for adults only.
