Join us for 2 hours of relaxing and fun life drawing at Thamesmead's newest cafe, Thamesmead Social, at Lakeside Centre, hosted by Jamie Zubairi. This week we have the pleasure of actor, singer and dancer Matt Gent. You may have seen him in the hit musical Cabaret at the KitKatKlub (I know I did when by surprise he was playing the lead time of the Emcee! ) Matt is no stranger to TMLD as had posed for us way back in 2020!

Doors open at 6.30 (please enter via the Cafe's main entrance on the right hand side of the building (if you're facing the lake). Drawing starts on the dot at 7 and finishes at 9pm with a 15 minute tea/coffee/biscuit break after the first hour. 

Please bring our preferred drawing materials and sketchbooks. There is good quality drawing paper for sale if you run out and a limited amount of drawing boards. 

The timings are roughly as follows:

2 minute warm up, 

3 x 2 minutes

5 minutes

7 minutes

10 minutes

12 minutes

15 minute break

5 minute warm up

Whatever we've got left of the hour until 9pm
