Exhibitor/Traders TTBF 2027

Family-friendly Thames-side festival of traditional wooden boats, bringing together their owners, their designers, builders and craftsmen. Open to the general public. Includes displays of vintage, classic, military and amphibious vehicles, air displays of historic aircraft, with a variety of sales outlets, including vintage clothing, house wares, antiques of every kind, boat chandlery, with delicious street food and refreshment outlets around the al fresco arena with a pop up pub with live music stage hosting evenings of music, and dancing (optional!). 

The Fawley Meadows site comprises two sections - Upper Meadow and Lower Meadow. 

We also offer a power supply from a cost of £170 for the 3 days. 

Traders and Exhibitors are permitted a vehicle onsite for set-up purposes ONLY, for which passes will be issued. Vehicles must be removed to the car park by 10am on Friday, and 9am on Saturday or Sunday, and may not return, other than for re-stocking, until 5pm.

Please note that due to revised Health and Safety requirements no vehicle movements, other than service vehicles, are permitted on the main Festival site during published Festival opening times.

Two 3 day passes provided with each booking. Additional tickets can be purchased.

Priority booking for Campsite space is open to Trade, Caterers & Exhibitors and those with open boats until 1st April
