By booking a VIP table with THE505, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Booking Confirmation
- All VIP table bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received and you have received written confirmation from THE505 LTD.
- Provisional bookings without payment are not guaranteed.

- Payment & Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable.
- If you cancel your booking, fail to attend the event, or do not comply with the booking terms, your payment will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
- In the event that the show is cancelled by THE505 LTD, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
- Package Inclusions
- Each VIP booth package includes the items listed at the time of booking (e.g., bottles, champagne, shisha, platters, chasers, and entry). Substitutions may apply if specific items are unavailable.
- Entry & Conduct
- Your VIP booking includes entry for the number of guests specified. Additional guests will need to purchase standard tickets unless otherwise agreed.
- THE505 LTD reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any guest who breaches venue rules, behaves inappropriately, or poses a risk to others. No refunds will be given in these cases.
- No-Show Policy
- If you or your guests fail to attend the event, your payment will not be refunded.
- Liability
- THE505 LTD is not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.
- Guests attend and participate at their own risk.
- Amendments
- THE505 LTD reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will apply to all bookings from the date of publication.
