Manigong Bagong Taon, Kung Hei Fat Choi, Happy Lunar New Year! Come see in the Year of the Horse with a festive Filipino-Chinese feast.
Drawing upon their shared Filipino and Hong Kong backgrounds, Mark (The Adobros) and Chris (Fatboy Zine) are teaming up to put on a special one-off menu that showcases the very best of the Filipino and Canto flavours that they love.
There will be 10 dishes, each one as indulgent and celebratory as the last. From Hong Kong street food favourite Fishball Siu Mai, the Filipino-Chinese good luck dish Kiampong with Lechon Kawali, prosperous Steamed Fish Pinaputok, to the cultural mishmash of Ube Tang Yuan Bilo Bilo - and more.
Please be aware that since this is a special one-off event with a complex menu, we will unfortunately not be doing substitutes or alternatives. There will be a number of allergens – Gluten, Egg, Fish, Sulphites, Soy, Crustaceans, Peanuts, Nuts and limited Dairy – so if you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please contact the hosts directly.
