His impressive background includes fellowships with NOAA and the National Science Foundation, and he currently serves as a NAGPRA Officer at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History. Eleanor has also served as Secretary for the Barbareño/Ventureño Band of Mission Indians, and her work continues to shape dialogue across the Central Coast and beyond.
