Silk Painting Workshop

Suitable for beginners, this workshop will introduce you to the beautiful and meditative art of silk painting.
Several techniques will be taught, including gutta resist, wet on wet and wet on dry and salt effect.
You will go home with a sample piece, a painted sun-catcher and a card to  keep or give away.

Tamsen is an experienced silk painter and teacher and will give you expert guidance. 
The class size will be 4-6.

A lovely workshop for adults and older children alike. (Children must be accompanied.) 

Materials are provided. You are asked to bring an apron and/or wear old clothes: silk paints and dyes can stain!
