8- 14 year old Art Classes 🎨

Our 8-16 art classes are a pre-portfolio programme, designed as a stepping stone for students who may wish to progress to our Portfolio classes in the future. These 1-hour weekly sessions support children in developing strong technical skills, creative thinking, and artistic confidence.

Students will explore a wide variety of artists and art movements, both historical and contemporary, through in-depth projects typically lasting 4–6 weeks. This extended approach allows time to research, experiment, refine techniques, and produce thoughtful, high-quality artwork.

Classes encourage independence, problem-solving, and personal expression, while introducing students to more advanced materials, processes, and creative challenges.
