We would like to invite you to our free Arukah IPP Online Community Group, a welcoming and confidential space for anyone on their resettlement journey—whether you're newly released, on licence, or post-licence. 

In our group, you'll find support to:

• Manage emotions like anger, shame, and anxiety.
• Break through stigma and isolation with peer support and meaningful connections.
• Share tips for handling everyday challenges like finances, relationships, and health issues.

There is no requirement to disclose any of your past, this is about moving forward and having a happy, healthy future.
