Discover how a human-centred design approach can help you create content that resonates with your communities.
Creating content can feel like running on an endless treadmill, but more organisations are learning to take a step backwards, examine what content is truly valuable for communities and work with them to produce it.
This session will focus on human-centred design techniques for working with communities and demonstrate how it informs practical approaches, ideation techniques and effective reporting on content and its creation.
We will explore techniques for identifying and involving specific communities you work with and where you can identify opportunities to create content for and with them for mutual benefit.
It will provide practical tips on how to use your time efficiently and make impactful and creative content, plus tricks to give it some extra magic.
