Join this session for a walk through a no-nonsense process for creating an audience development plan which you can put into practice straight away to help you successfully retain audiences and reach new ones.
Good audience development planning is at the heart of successfully retaining audiences and reaching new ones. This session will guide you step by step through audience development planning using an easy-to-use framework, which can be adapted for your organisation.
The session will help you use insights about your audiences and communities and the wider environment to identify opportunities and priorities, as well as put audiences and their needs at the centre of the planning process. It will cover setting goals and objectives for audience development, developing strategies and action plans and measuring success. The session will also help you future-proof your plan and includes tips on how to bring your whole organisation on board with audience development planning. We’ll also signpost you to a range of resources to support the planning process.
