Wonders of Our Universe- The Next Chapter

The universe is vast. Beautiful. Violent. Mysterious. And its story is far from over.

Return to the cosmos — or discover Wonders for the first time — with Wonders of Our Universe – The Next Chapter, a spectacular stand-alone live show from astrophysicist Ian Hall FRAS.

Following the acclaimed Wonders of Our Universe, The Next Chapter goes further — exploring the forces, events and extraordinary ideas that have shaped the cosmos, from the birth and death of stars to the immense structures of the universe and the nature of reality itself.

And running quietly through it all is something we experience every moment, yet still struggle to fully understand:

Time.

Across an unforgettable evening of breathtaking visuals, live music and compelling storytelling, the universe unfolds on stage as Ian takes audiences across billions of years of cosmic history, through distant stars and galaxies, extraordinary physics and some of the biggest questions humanity has ever asked.

How did the universe become the place we see today?
How do stars live and die?
Why does time seem to move in only one direction?
Could we ever travel through it?
And what does our understanding of the cosmos tell us about our own place within it?

With Ian’s trademark warmth, clarity and humour, ideas that can seem impossibly vast become accessible, human and astonishingly beautiful.

This is science made for the stage.

Moments of spectacle give way to moments of stillness. Music, imagery and storytelling transform distant worlds and abstract ideas into something immediate, something you can almost feel.

You don’t need to be a scientist.
You don’t need to have seen the first show.
You only need to be curious.

For dreamers. For stargazers. For anyone who has ever looked up and wondered.

Wonders of Our Universe – The Next Chapter.

The universe still has stories to tell.
