The second biannual Babylon Fest (the first Spooktacular edition) is curated by John Valley, the writer-director of THE PIZZAGATE MASSACRE and AMERICAN DOLLHOUSE. This is a horror festival for fans of everything scary, gory, dreadful and disturbing. Expect plenty of pre-parties, after-parties and opportunities to chat up indie filmmakers.
