Marvellous Musicals - Vocalise! Summer Performance

Our Vocalise! Summer Performance is the peak of our community engagement with children during the year, in which our singers provide workshops in four London schools to spread the joy of singing. In our 2025 Vocalise! Summer Performance, the children and The Bach Choir will be lighting up the stage at The Grand Junction, singing songs from a number of Marvellous Musicals through the ages.

We'll be brandishing our jazz hands in a glamourous journey through some classic musicals - we'll be delving back to the golden age with Porgy and Bess and Westside Story alongside much more modern works like 2016's Moana. Along the way we'll visit the Pride Lands for The Lion King, Roald Dahl's Chocolate Factory and Salzburg for The Sound of Music. We've packed in plenty of other classics on our whistle-stop tour - you can find the full list below.

Come along for a joyful afternoon of classic songs and support our community engagement efforts in the process. Singing along is encouraged, so start warming up those vocal cords ready for showtime!

Our free parent, guardian or family tickets are limited to one ticket per child who is taking part. You'll need to redeem this free ticket by Monday 2 June at 12pm because on that day we'll open up the sale so that more than one parent can come along per child. Please be respectful of this rule so we can make sure that every child has someone in the crowd cheering for them!
