Friday 2nd April

• 14:00–16:00 Guided tours of Bury St Edmunds Abbey (no charge) OR Moyse's Hall Museum (£6) - these two tours run concurrently so please only book onto one of them.
• 19:00- Evening meet and greet - The Lodge Cafe, Fornham All Saints Hotel.  Battlefields Trust Chairman Anthony Rich will welcome you to the weekend’s events.  There is a cashless bar for the evening.  You can pre-order food from the hotel's "2 course evening meal" menu (in which case food will be available from 18:00 in the Cafe) or make your own arrangements for food.  If you wish to be sent the link to the "2 course evening meal" menu, please tick the appropriate box when you check out your tickets.

Sunday 4th April

• 09:30-16:00 Visit to Sutton Hoo, including conducted tour - Via coach from Fornham All Saints Hotel and Bury St Edmunds Abbey Angel Hill Gate - £22 for National Trust Members, £39.10 for non-members.  You can use your own transport to and from Sutton Hoo (meeting the rest of the group at the entrance at 10:45), when prices will be - £5 for National Trust Members, £22.10 for non-members.  If you choose one of the NT members tickets, please make sure you bring your NT membership card with you.

Click on "Select Tickets" to book places for the above activities. Please book tickets for all activities that you wish to attend, even those with no charge. There are some limitations on numbers, and once we reach a limit on an activity, we will have to stop further bookings. If this happens, that activity will show as "Sold Out", but you can add yourself to the waiting list in case there are cancellations. Please note that these tickets do NOT include overnight accommodation.

Where there is a meal provided in an activity, we will have to provide numbers to the venues prior to the weekend of the event, so we will be closing bookings for some activities early as follows: Annual Conference 26-Mar-2027, Drinks Reception and Dinner 19-Mar-2027, Sunday's Coach Trip 26-Mar-2027.

If you cancel any tickets prior to bookings being closed for that ticket, we may be able to provide a refund. Once bookings are closed, we will only be able to refund in exceptional circumstances, or if we have people in the waiting list who will take those tickets.

To book B and B accommodation at the hotel, phone the above number.  There is a priority discounted rate for attendees - the code for this will be included in your order confirmation.  Discounted B and B Room Rate: £145 per night; Rooms available from 1500; Rooms to be vacated by 1100. Luggage store available on Sunday.

There is plenty of free car parking on site with accessible parking marked out near to the hotel entrance.

The venue is generally wheelchair accessible, with accessible toilets. If you have access needs and are booking accommodation, please advise the hotel when booking your stay.
