Guided Hot & Cold Session 🔥❄️🧘‍♀️

Enjoy a guided hot & cold experience led by a sauna facilitator, who will take you on a calming sensory journey through three sauna rounds featuring music, steam infusions, and essential oils. Between rounds, you’ll have access to showers and a cold plunge to complete the contrast therapy experience 🔥❄️

Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a towel and swimwear (required in the sauna).
