Sauna & Ice Bath (90 min) ✌️✨

Come alone or with friends and go at your own pace between our Finnish sauna, ice bath and recovery area. Whether you do it for the mind, the body or for the social aspect you’re more than welcome.

Please bring a towel and swimwear (required in the sauna).
