Private Session 🔥❄️🧘‍♀️

Book the whole sauna for your and your friends. 

Choose between: 

• An unguided session where you'll have the sauna and ice baths all to yourself  🧊❤️‍🔥

• A guided session exclusively for you group, led by a sauna facilitator, who will take you on a calming, sensory journey with three sauna rounds featuring music, steam and essential oils. Between rounds, you’ll have access to showers and ice baths to complete the contrast therapy experience 🔥❄️🧘‍♀️

Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a towel and swimwear (required in the sauna).
