Ceremony Before the Fire

Before the fire is ever laid, before the embers glow, we gather in ceremony.This is the foundation of the experience.The opening ceremony is designed to support growth, release and transformation. Through guided practices and intention setting and reflection, participants are supported to arrive fully in body, heart and presence.This ceremony allows fear to soften. Intention to clarify.Courage to settle into the body. The nervous system to feel safe and supported. By the time the fire is lit, the walk is no longer something to face. It becomes something to step into and be empowered.

What Firewalking Is

Firewalking is an ancient ceremonial practice found across cultures around the world. Participants walk barefoot across warm embers with presence, respect and guidance. This is not about endurance or pushing beyond limits. Firewalking is a continuation of ceremony. A physical expression of an inner decision..
