A gentle morning to pause, reconnect and begin the week with intention.

Modern life asks a lot of us.

Many women spend their days caring for others, meeting expectations, juggling responsibilities and pushing through exhaustion. Over time, it can become difficult to hear your own voice beneath the noise.

The Belonging Retreat is an invitation to step away from the pressure for a few hours and reconnect with yourself.

Created by therapist, coach and martial artist Kerry Tidman, founder of The Belonging Dojo CIC, this unique experience is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Kintsugi philosophy and Kerry's own Ki-Yo Flow approach to mindful movement and wellbeing.

This is not a fitness class.

It is not group therapy.

It is not about fixing yourself.

It is a space to slow down, breathe, reflect and remember who you are beneath the roles, expectations and exhaustion.

During the retreat, you will explore:

• Gentle Ki-Yo Flow movement, inspired by martial arts philosophy, balance, stretching and mindful awareness

• ACT-inspired reflections to help you reconnect with your values and what matters most

• Kintsugi-inspired practices exploring resilience, identity and self-acceptance

• Simple tools to support emotional wellbeing, self-compassion and nervous system regulation

• Opportunities for quiet reflection, intention setting and personal insight

• Moments of rest, stillness and reconnection in a warm and welcoming environment

• Connection with like-minded women in a supportive, pressure-free space

This retreat may be for you if:

✓ You feel overwhelmed, stressed or burnt out

✓ You are constantly caring for everyone else and rarely make time for yourself

✓ You feel disconnected from who you are

✓ You are navigating change, uncertainty or a difficult season of life

✓ You are craving peace, clarity and space to breathe

✓ You want to start the week feeling calmer, more grounded and more connected to yourself
