Paint & Glow is a relaxed, feel-good evening for women and girls aged 16+, bringing together creativity, skincare, wellbeing and connection.

No pressure. No need to be artistic. Just come as you are, get comfy and enjoy a couple of hours of painting, pampering and proper girl talk.

Create your own gorgeous tropical canvas. Everything you need will be provided and your finished artwork is yours to take home.

Discover and try some beautiful Tropic skincare products while we chat about simple ways to care for our skin at different stages of life.

We'll talk about how our skin can change as we get older, the importance of looking after ourselves and creating little rituals that help us feel good.

A relaxed, judgement-free conversation around wellbeing, hormones, skin changes, perimenopause and menopause. Whether you're experiencing changes yourself, supporting someone else or simply want to understand your body a little better, you're welcome.

Grab a drink, have a natter, meet other women and enjoy an evening where you don't have to be productive or look after everybody else.
