Better Business Breakfast | London

Thu 2 Jul 2026 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM X & Why, Peoples Mission Hall, Whitechapel, E1 1EW

Join business networking with purpose and people building businesses that mean something. Come for the coffee, the croissant and at least five good conversations, all before you've checked your emails.

Organised and hosted by the Better Business Network, these events bring together purpose led and impact driven founders, business owners and employees for 90 minutes of structured networking with a BBN twist. Real conversations with people who share your values and your ambition.

How it works

Arrive at 9:00, grab a drink and spend the first 15 minutes getting settled and getting talking. After that, take part in 30 minutes of speed networking so you get a proper conversation with at least five people before the hour is out.

Then it opens up. Two offers and two asks from attendees, followed by a quick roundup of BBN news and updates. And to finish, 30 minutes of relaxed networking to follow up on the conversations that grabbed you.

BBN members and workspace members are welcome to stay on and co-work afterwards. Just make sure you've booked your co-working ticket when you register.

Who is it for?

Our Better Business Breakfasts are for anyone building a business that wants to make the world better. Whether you're a BBN member, a B Corp or Better Business Standard accredited, a 1% for the Planet member or just getting started on your impact journey, you'll find your people here.

Not yet a member? BBN now has a free Guest tier so any purpose driven business in the UK can join with no financial barrier. Come along, see what the community is about and find the membership level that fits where you are.

No sales pitches, suits or business cards needed. Come just as you.

Who are the organisers?

The Better Business Network is a community for purpose led and impact-driven businesses to connect, grow and make change together. We think you shouldn't have to choose between impact and income. And we think a bigger, louder community of businesses like yours is one of the most powerful levers for real systemic change.

BBN has five membership tiers starting with a free Guest tier for access to our online events, followed by an affordable Community tier, priced at £95 + vat which gives you full access to our Better Business Breakfasts. Your first 2 are one us.

For those ready to go further, the Better Business Standard is an eight-week accreditation course launching in September that gives your business the tools to properly measure, communicate and grow your impact.

ABOUT THE BETTER BUSINESS NETWORK

BBN is a nationwide community for purpose driven businesses, built to be more than a network. Members connect, learn and take collective action on the things that actually matter. From shaping the Better Business Standard to funding ClientEarth and the Real Living Wage Foundation, we exist to make business a force for genuine change. We believe 10,000 purpose driven businesses acting together is a petitioning force the UK government cannot ignore. That's what we're building.
