STALLHOLDERS ONLY.

(event tickets for visitors can be purchased via our website or on the door at each event)

Payment is required on booking - we cannot hold unpaid stalls. 

We have been hosting psychic & holistic fairs for over 13 years in Surrey and 3 years in West Sussex.

Talks and Workshops are at most fairs so if you'd like to offer a free talk or workshop please contact us. Slots are for booked stallholders only. 

We welcome new traders and people just starting out.

Tables and chairs are provided within your stallholder fees at all venues unless otherwise stated.

All outdoor pitches are own gazebo, own furniture.

Your set up time is from 10am unless otherwise advised to allow us time to set up the tables.

We close at 4pm and expect you to trade until then unless otherwise agreed with us.

We reserve the right to cancel all future bookings if a trader packs up before the end of an event. 

Sorry there are no refunds on stalls though we reserve the right to offer a replacement stall/credit at our discretion.

We are happy to promote your attendance with us free of charge so please email us a couple of photos. Headshot, stall, logo etc.

We advertise extensively online and on social media and any relevant local printed magazines.

We ask that you too, promote your attendance as it helps us all.

We reserve the right to change future dates/venues for the good of the event or unforeseen circumstances - prepayments in that instance will be refunded or credited in agreement with you. Please check the event is going ahead by messaging us prior to travelling.
