The Boise Pilates Club invites you to our very first Sip & Sculpt at Sawtooth Winery — a morning rooted in movement, connection, and community.

Join us for a slow, intentional Saturday morning as we move through a 50-minute Pilates flow, leaving you feeling energized and grounded, before easing into a post-class social with a mimosa or free spirit drink in hand.
