About Boo Charity

The aim of Boo is to help Kenyan children who are disadvantaged through economic poverty. Projects include the provision of food, education, life-skills and emotional support. The overriding principle and ethos of Boo is to provide children with care, whilst nurturing and developing opportunities to lift them from poverty so that they no longer need to rely on charity.

After walking from Cheltenham to Bournemouth over 7 days, she will be finishing at Sobo Beach and hosting a silent disco by the sea to celebrate — and you’re all invited.

🎧 Expect great music, good vibes and a really special atmosphere as we mark the end of the challenge together.

All money raised goes towards Steps for Swings, helping fund playground equipment for schools in Kenya, for the Boo Charity.

After visiting schools in Kenya and seeing children trying to play on broken and unsafe equipment, Jo wanted to do something to help.

This event is part of that journey — every ticket helps make a difference.
