Join us for an inspiring evening with bestselling author Marmalade Atkinson. You may have heard her recent interview on the Freya Cox Show!

The evening begins with a reading from one of Marmalade's books, giving you the chance to experience her storytelling before meeting the author and having your books signed. Complimentary refreshments will be available during a short break.

Marmalade will then share her journey to becoming a published author, talk about the inspiration behind her books and offer an insight into the writing process. There will also be plenty of time for questions, making this a wonderful opportunity for aspiring writers, enthusiastic readers and anyone interested in how books are created.

We'd especially love this to be an evening that brings young readers and their grown-ups together. Books are a brilliant way for parents, grandparents and children to connect, and hearing from a young author like Marmalade is a great opportunity to get families talking about what they enjoy reading, sharing recommendations and perhaps even inspiring some new stories of their own.

If time allows, the evening will finish with another short reading.
