Fancy your chances at beating Rudolph & Bracken around town in our festive fun run?

Then why not join us for the 2024 ‘Rhayader Reindeer Run’ in aid of The Bracken Trust – Powys' Cancer Support Charity.

We’ve teamed up with the fabulous Adam and team at Rhayader Running Club to bring you a brilliant event full of fun and cheer.

Whether you’re a keen runner looking to beat your 5K PB, or just looking for a wintery walk with the family, our festive route has everything you need to warm your antlers this Christmas.

Competitive runners can dash and blitz to the finish line, whilst those taking part for fun can dance and prance, taking in the views along the way! There’ll be exciting things to see along the route, and you can share and tag us in your snaps of participating local business’ to be entered into the ultimate prize draw.

Upon crossing the finish line, all participants will receive a gorgeous Rhayader Reindeer Run medal and set of brightly coloured reindeer antlers to show off proudly around town afterwards.

Early bird entries online are half price at just £5pp or grab yourselves a Family Ticket (2 adults and 3 children) for a bargain £20.

On the day entries are £10pp, regardless of age.

Important Information - The event is based at Rhayader Smithfield, with the route around town. Entertainment and food / stalls from 10am-1pm. Parking will be available at the front of The Smithfield (Free Parking) or Rhayader Town Car Park (Pay & Display)
