ICF accredited LEGO® Serious Play® x Coaching training

A two-day, live online training for coaches, facilitators, educators and L&D professionals to learn how to use LEGO® Serious Play® in 1:1, group, and team sessions. 

WHAT WE'LL COVER:

• DAY 1: the basics of LSP, how and when to use it with clients, and how to run 1:1 coaching sessions using LSP for different outcomes
• DAY 2: how to design and run group & team sessions, including learning how to build shared models, and the logistics for you to run your sessions after the training
• Expect a lot of practice, peer coaching sessions, and the option to run your own session on the group on day 2
