Home Education Workshop - Wildlife walks and clay flower imprints

Calling all home educators! Come and have a tour and nature hunt with Fred in the wildlife garden. Then take some of the items you have found and make a beautiful clay imprint with them in the education room.

Option to have your work fired and come back to collect is £5 or take them home to dry naturally at no extra cost.

Your ticket gives you access to the 1.5 hour workshop and access to the whole museum too. Sign in at the front desk, then collect your free museum trail and attend the workshop either before or after exploring the museum. The meeting point for the workshop is at the wildlife garden entrance at 11.00am  or 12.55pm. There will be a very short safety introduction to the activities and then a chance to complete them at your own pace with your children. 

Refunds can be given up to 48 hours before or use your ticket as standard entry to the museum on another weekday or Home Ed event day if you cannot make it.
