The First Sphere is the introductory course to Ascension meditation. Over the course of one weekend, you will learn the first four Ascension techniques—powerful tools you can use in daily life to return to calm and clarity.
By Sunday evening, you will be fully ready to meditate on your own. And because starting something new can often use a bit of support, we continue to guide you for six weeks with weekly online sessions to help you integrate Ascension into your life.
WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable clothing: Bring extra socks, a cardigan or sweater if you tend to get cold while sitting still. A shawl, blanket or anything else that helps you feel comfortable is also useful.
Notebook: A small notebook to write down your new techniques.
Refillable water bottle
Lunch: On Saturday and Sunday, we share a potluck lunch. Please bring something you enjoy to share. We provide bread, spreads, and a large gluten-free and dairy-free salad. Do you have specific dietary needs? Let us know, or feel free to bring your own lunch.
