A discussion amongst coaches with Charlie Unwin
On 21st July we will be hosting an exclusive online event with Charlie Unwin who will be facilitating a discussion amongst BHS Coaches on the topic of Human Behaviour: How good are we at understanding it and changing it?
In addition to sharing his own fascinating insights, the session will be interactive and invite you to share your own observations and experiences with one another. This topic will get you thinking about your riders very differently.
About Charlie Unwin
Charlie Unwin is a world-renowned performance psychologist passionate about how our mental, emotional and physiological states affect our ability to learn and achieve in the saddle. His book, “Inside Out” was an Amazon bestseller in the category of Coaching Psychology, and despite working with a huge range of professional clients (from musicians to surgeons, barristers to fighter pilots), his love for equestrianism led him to co-found Centre10, providing education and inspiration to equestrian coaches and professionals who want to raise their game through sport psychology – without spending 4 years at university!
From newly qualified coaches to BHS Fellows, Charlie loves to bring coaches together to share insights into our inner workings, and how better humans make better horses.
