We’re delighted to offer exclusive access to the stunning 17th-century Weston Park estate – a breathtaking 1,000-acre landscape of historic parkland, woodland trails, and beautifully maintained gardens.

Whether you’re riding or carriage driving, this is a rare opportunity to enjoy scenic routes through one of the UK’s most beautiful private estates.

🐎 Who Can Take Part?

This event is open to both:

• Riders
• Carriage Drivers

With a variety of estate roads and tracks, the routes are ideal for both disciplines. Please note that separate set-off times apply for safety and smooth event flow.

⏰ Arrival & Set-Off Times

To ensure a safe and well-managed event, please arrive only within your allocated time window.

🚗 Carriage Drivers

• Arrival window: 9:00 – 9:45 AM
• You’ll have up to 45 minutes to:
  • Register
  • Prepare your horse(s)
  • Set off onto the route

🏇 Riders

• You’ll select an arrival slot when booking
• Arrival window: 30 minutes
• After arrival, you’ll have up to 30 minutes to:
  • Register
  • Prepare
  • Begin your ride

📋 Event Guidelines & Safety

For everyone’s enjoyment and safety, please ensure you follow these essential requirements:

• All attendees must report to the organiser on arrival
• Participants are responsible for their own safety and that of others
• Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• Approved riding hats must be worn and secured at all times when mounted
• Numbered bibs (provided) must be worn

Horse & Tack Requirements

• Horses must be at least 4 years old
• Must be fit, healthy, and suitable for the distance
• Hooves and shoes must be in good condition
• Tack must be safe, well-fitting, and appropriate
