Description
In collaboration with the British Equine Veterinary Association Think Before You Worm aims to raise awareness on the importance of following an evidence-based, testing-led, deworming programme that has been developed in partnership with your vet. This comes as the risk of dewormer resistance continues to threaten the equine industry.
Presented by Nicola Housby Skeggs, we will cover:
- Taking a whole herd approach
- Testing reliability
- The necessity of appropriate testing before treatment
- The risk of worm infection in horses
- The growing threat of dewormer resistance and what this means for our future management
The webinar will be recorded so if you can't join us on the night, have any problems connecting or want to watch it again you will be sent a link to the recording as soon as it's available.
