"Applied Psychology for Coaches" is a 2-part online workshop for coaches who want to help their riders develop their mental performance in training & competition. The session will be hosted by leading performance psychologist, Charlie Unwin, who will guide you through some of the skills and techniques used to develop mental performance of riders.
Part 1: Monday 8 November (0930-1230)
Charlie will cover key skills including…
- Effective conversations out of the saddle
- Developing 3 levels of confidence
- Translating training into competition
- Managing pressure & nerves
Part 2: Follow up session on EITHER 9 November (08.30-09.45); 9 November (19.15-20.30); 15 November (08.30-09.45) or 15 November (19.15-20.30)
This online session will allow for more in-depth discussion and questions in a smaller group, whilst supporting coaches to apply the skills effectively. You only need to book on ONE follow up session, on a first come, first served basis.
Please book Part 1 and your Part 2 follow up date together, making your total cost £40.00.
Open to all, counts as 4 CPD points for Accredited Professional Coaches.
