Welcome to "Cooking in the Park : and Bowls Taster Experience": Join us in the beautiful setting of Lloyds Park Walthamstow for a tasty opportunity to take part and get "hands on" with some great Co : Join us in the beautiful setting of Lloyds Park Walthamstow for a tasty opportunity to take part and get "hands on" with some great Cookery demonstrations and then test your skills and "have a go" at the wonderful game of Bowls. Will you be able to master one, OR the other, OR both?

During the Cookery demonstrations you will have an opportunity to be fully involved in making some fantastic internationally flavoured dishes and discovering ways to maintain a healthy and balanced diet. We'll enjoy eating the food we prepare together at lunchtime. 

Then discover the genius game of Bowls : a game that anyone can play regardless of any physical limitations. During the Bowls taster experience, you'll be introduced to the basics of this great game and have a go at it yourself. You'll quickly find that Bowls is quick to learn but takes years to master.  

We are planning to offer sessions in November 2026 and March 2027.
