The Building Limes Forum is pleased to welcome delegates to The University of Brighton, Falmer Campus in Brighton, England for the 2024 Conference and Gathering. The planning committee has put together a fantastic suite of events including fascinating presentations, a wonderful selection of tours, and more.

Important information about ticketing options 

As you make your ticket selection, please note the following details: 

• Book your own ticket: We ask that each delegate reserve their own tickets, as we require certain details and consents from the individual.
• Accommodation: University accommodation may be booked through this system as well. If you would like external accommodation, please book this directly with your preferred accommodation. 
• Accessibility: Please note that within the booking platform, you will be able to indicate if you have any accessibility requests.
• Tours: Tours are available for those booking Full Conference tickets and those booking pick and mix options for the afternoon session(s).
  • Tours are limited and must be booked with your ticket. All tours are booked on a first-come-first-served basis. 
  • If you are booking via the pick and mix option, you must only select the tour on the day the correlates with your booking. (ie. Friday afternoon session - selects Friday tour only)
  • A description of tour options can be found on the event page of the BLF website here. 
• Dietary requirements: All delegates and guests must select an option for dietary requirements. This selection will be applied to all refreshments and meals. If you have an allergy, please include details as to your allergy so that we may inform catering staff. 
• Concession tickets: A limited number of concession tickets are available for members during the early bird rate period only. To be entitled to a concession, members must be in receipt of Pension Credit, Universal Credit, Income Support, Job Seekers or Employment and Support Allowance, and Disability Benefits including DLA and PIP or be in full-time education on a relevant course such as architecture, surveying or building conservation. NOTE: If purchasing a concession-priced ticket, please ensure that the person the ticket(s) is intended for meets these criteria and please email proof of eligibility to admin@buildinglimesforum.org.uk
• Bursary applications:  A limited number of bursary options are available for those in need. Submit your application here. 
• Booking closes: Tuesday 20 August at 12pm.
• Cancellation Policy: 
  • Up to 1st July - full refund less £30 admin fee
  • Between 1st July and 20th August – 50% refund less £30 admin fee
  • After 20th August – no refund
