In-person class  

Arrive to a warm welcome, sit back and watch or get hands on and join in as I prepare all the dishes outlined below. 

In this class we will make some easy family favourites for example...curry, one pot wonder, a simple traybake,  stir fry, pasta dish and rice dish. 

I will explain how to quickly prepare these dishes so they are oven ready when you want them and also how to store, freeze and reheat these. Most importantly you will learn how to make a few base dishes and I will then show you ways to make extra and use leftovers for lunch or dinner again.

We will also go through shopping for dinner weekly and how to save money by always having some store cupboard essentials.

No prior cooking knowledge needed.

You can sit and eat as the dishes are ready and will receive a full recipe pack to bring home so you can re create any of the dishes at home.
