In - Person Class

Maybe you have never been brave enough to try and make a celebration cake, or are a parent who would like to confidently make your kids birthday and occasion cakes.  If so then this class is for you!

These classes will take place in our new kitchen at Eureka House.  We will begin with a tea/coffee while getting acquainted and we can discuss what style you would like to use to decorate your cake.  

You will learn how to cover your cake in buttercream or ganache

How to prepare and colour fondant

How to cover the cake and board

How to make and attach decorations to your cake

You can choose your own colours, decorations and message and you will leave with a gorgeous cake to show off your new found skills. 

All equipment (including a delicious 8" vanilla cake for you to decorate) and light refreshments provided. 

You will have a chance to ask any questions you have throughout the class and as class numbers are kept small you will get plenty of hands on tuition.  This class is suitable for beginners and anyone aged 16+
