Burnt Brunch Sessions – Creating a Healthier Hospitality for All
Join The Burnt Chef Project for a relaxed brunch and an honest conversation about the future of our industry.
Hospitality is full of people who give everything to the job. This session brings together voices from across the sector to talk about the challenges we face, share real experiences, and explore how individuals and businesses can help build a healthier, more sustainable future for hospitality.
What to expect
Tony Lewis, our Chief Ambassador for the North West, will open the brunch with a welcome speech. He’ll then hand over to a panel chaired by renowned chef Brian Mellor.
Our panel:
- Andy Smart, KitchEquip and Deputy Chief Ambassador for the North West at The Burnt Chef Project
- Representatives from our event sponsors, Pukka Pies and Birtwistles Catering Butchers
- A representative from the team at Louis Manchester
Brian will lead the discussion, inviting each panellist to share their insights into hospitality, the challenges they’ve faced, and how their roles and organisations are helping to support a healthier future for the industry.
A selection of food and drink will be available.
