World folk meets foot-stomping fun!
South West legends Zaid Al-Rikabi and Ben Sutcliffe are bringing their bold, boundary-blending sound to The Buttermarket.
This dynamic duo mix passionate theatrics with an urban gypsy spirit, fusing artisan folk flavours with global rhythms and cinematic flair as part of their Cornwall tour. With over 20 years of writing award-winning music for theatre and film, including o-region's White Horse at The Regal in Redruth, their set promises to be as mesmerising as it is moving.
The People String Foundation Duo will be joined by Rosie Vanier as the support act from 7.30pm, bringing an ambient piano and vocal performance to the stage.
Earles Bar will be open – so grab a drink, soak up the atmosphere, and get ready for a night of soul-stirring, foot-stomping brilliance. Our independent, street food kitchens are sadly not open on Wednesday evenings.
Audiences can expect a rich, atmospheric evening that blends storytelling, musical craftsmanship, and emotional depth, all set within the unique space of the Buttermarket.
