Welcome to our NEWEST Ciabatta Bread workshop with Harry from Barrys Bakes

Harry from Barrys Bakes is our Professional Chef and Artisan baker for over 17 years. From Gastro pub to Michelin star restaurants then transferring into my real passion of baking, working in some of the most respected bakeries from the Cotswolds to London working my way up from amateur to head baker.

With an unwavering passion for his craft and a wealth of knowledge to share, I’m excited to have him at the CakeSmith joining our team to teach and share the information he has accrued and get people to love gluten as much as we do!

‍This workshop is all about Artisan Bread and to teach you the basics to bread making and to get you to the next level of your baking game with fun learning to become one step closer to becoming that master baker.
