December Sound bath

Join us on 15 December for our final sound bath of 2025: Settle into the festive season with an hour of sound, stillness and connection through a deeply relaxing candle-lit sound bath with crystal bowls, Koshi chimes and tranquil soundscapes

We begin with a short guided meditation to settle the mind, followed by a restorative sound bath and optional Reiki
A cosy, candle-lit environment — the perfect way to escape the festive chaos

After the session, you’re warmly invited to stay if you wish for a little Christmas treat from us — cacao and mince pies to say thank you for supporting us this year

It’s also the perfect opportunity to pick up some last-minute Christmas gifts, including gift vouchers for sound baths and our hand-poured candles
