SEND Sessions - Merrion Centre presents Santa's Cabin

Take a trip to see the big man himself this Christmas at Santas Cabin!

Brought to you by the creators of our highly popular The Candy Cane Club, head to the Merrion Centre this festive season to find Santa, his cabin crew & all of their presents in his magical Winter log cabin!

Find us in the main mall between Three and Direct Discount with the Grotto open every weekend from Saturday, 22nd November to Sunday, 14th December AND everyday from Thursday, 18th December to Tuesday, 24th December, 2025. 

Merrion Centre hosts exclusive SEND Sessions on the first hour of every live day from 10:00 - 11:00 on weekends, designed to create magical memories for children with special educational needs and disabilities and their families. These tailored visits offer a calm and enchanting experience with Santa, featuring gentle sound levels, reduced light movements, and no strobe effects during lesser busy shopping hours. Santa and his helpers provide patient, thoughtful interactions, ensuring every child feels the wonder of Christmas in a setting that’s comfortable and welcoming for all. Book now for an unforgettable festive moment! No general public walk-ins, pre-bookings only.

Book a visit to meet Santa from £5 per child, then choose your upgrades which include a gift from Santa (£2) and a printed picture to remember your visit (£4).

Each booking includes up to 2 accompanying adults free of charge, additional adults can join for just £2 per person.

Not ready to upgrade yet? No problem! Upgrades may also be available to book onsite (subject to availability. Card payments only).

Tickets once bought are non-refundable and non-amendable.

Note:

• The maximum capacity per visit is 6 people total, including children and adults.
• The times shown above are your arrival times, not the exact time you’ll meet Santa.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled arrival time to meet our cabin crew, who will guide you to the right spot in the queue.
• Bookings will be checked in according to arrival times and on a first come, first served basis.
• If you arrive after your time slot has passed, our cabin crew will do their best to accommodate you; however, we cannot guarantee waiting times in this situation.
• There may occasionally be slight delays during peak times. We appreciate your patience — our cabin crew will make sure your visit remains a magical experience with Santa.
