COVID-19 Green Phase Protocols:
- There are several distanced tables still available for purchase, alongside GA tickets for the rest of the room. As everyone acclimatizes to being in large groups again, indoor show capacity will increase slowly over the coming months.
- Masks are not required, but all patrons are encouraged to wear masks if they feel more comfortable. If you feel unwell, we encourage you to stay home or wear a mask.

Advance tickets are honoured at the door through a roll call system.

Accessibility & safety notes:
- The Cap patio requires climbing 4 stairs, and the Wilser's Room/Nest Patios require climbing a full set of stairs. Cap washrooms require climbing an additional 3 stairs. Wilser's Room washrooms require climbing an additional 6 stairs.
- If you use a wheelchair or walking aid, please e-mail booking.thecap@gmail.com the day before the show so we can prepare adequate space for you.
- Washrooms are gender inclusive (femme/non-binary and masculine/non-binary). Patrons are encouraged to use whichever washroom they feel most comfortable in, and will have the support of our staff in using the washroom of their choosing.
- The Cap Safer Spaces policy is in place for the duration of the event. Should you feel unsafe at any time, please speak with any staff member or email booking.thecap@gmail.com
- Pets are not allowed during events, to ensure the comfort and safety of the animals. Service animals allowed with proper verification and demarcation.
