Join us and The City of Santa Monica for a fun evening of Sustainability Cocktails, delicious bites and inspiring talks at the Annenberg Community Beach House.

Meet the Speakers

Tracy Quinn | President and CEO of Heal the Bay
Tracy serves as President and CEO of Heal the Bay, leading the dynamic team of scientists, policy experts, outreach specialists, and educators in pursuit of its clean water mission. Tracy has dedicated her career to improving water quality in our rivers and ocean and ensuring safe, reliable, and affordable water for all Californians. Tracy started her career as an engineer, designing water infrastructure in Southern California and working with municipal and industrial clients to improve water quality. Most recently, Tracy served as the Director of California Urban Water Policy at the Natural Resources Defense Council where she led efforts to pass and implement climate adaption legislation and improve climate resilience and water affordability throughout California. Tracy received her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Engineering in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Cornell University and is a licensed civil engineer in California.

Jamiah Hargins | Founder and Executive Director of Crop Swap LA
Jamiah leads Crop Swap LA, an award winning organization that transforms lawns into rainwater powered microfarms delivering fresh produce to local families. A former headhunter and market trader, Jamiah brings global experience and systems thinking to urban agriculture and food justice. His work has been recognized by the Los Angeles City Council and Adidas, and featured in major media outlets. Fluent in three languages and deeply rooted in community, he speaks on regenerative design, Black liberation, and cooperative economics. Jamiah is also a devoted husband, father and martial artist.

Yvonne Espinosa | Co-Founder of Voiz Academy and VoizAI
Yvonne Espinosa believes meaningful work begins with empathy and curiosity. As the co-founder of Voiz Academy and VoizAI, she helps people design careers that connect purpose, sustainability, and technology. Her work blends design thinking with AI innovation—guiding professionals to navigate change with clarity and confidence.
Voiz Academy offers a unique self-paced, "no compromises" project-based up-skilling platform to help professionals and career pivoters break into climate roles through real-world business scenarios and advanced AI integration.
