Experienced Carbon Literacy Trainer (CLT) and AJ&Smart Verified Facilitator Heidi Spurrell is offering this exciting one-off workshop, sharing a key facilitation recipe; Lightning Decision Jam Royale. This recipe is an all purpose problem solving & decision making framework. It replaces unproductive meetings, from chaos to action steps using silent ideation, dot voting, and effort/impact mapping.

Heidi has used LDJ to help implement Carbon Literacy actions and sustainability strategies with Compass Group Hong Kong, Pernod Ricard APAC, British Consulate Hong Kong and Chinese International School, to name a few.

This workshop aims to upskill Carbon Literacy trainers with another tool to implement sustainable change within the organisations and clients they are working with.

It’s a 2.5 hour interactive in-person workshop at Autotrader's head office in Covent Garden, London. Come along meet other trainers, share experience and add this fantastic framework to your facilitation toolkit!

Heidi Yu Spurrell, Future Green (CLT)

Heidi Spurrell is a passionate advocate for food systems sustainability and an expert in using highly structured workshops to guide businesses toward sustainable practices. Armed with a Master’s in Food Policy from City University of London and a Postgrad Dip in Research Methods from University College London (UCL), Heidi has dedicated her career to transforming the food and drinks industry.

As founder of Future Green, Heidi consults with food businesses worldwide, leveraging over 5,000 hours of training and facilitation experience using the Sprint Method. Her impactful work has earned notable recognition, including being a semi-finalist in the Rockefeller Foundation Food Systems Vision Awards in 2020. She was also named a Tatler Asia Tastemaker in 2021 and awarded a British Empire Medal (BEM) in 2024 on the UK Honours List for her contributions to sustainability in the food and beverage sector.

Future Green is a leading voice for food systems sustainability, serving clients such as Pernod Ricard, Compass Group, LIV Golf, Maris Seafood, and Swire Properties. Heidi has delivered training sessions across global markets, across business units, including Hong Kong, the UK, Singapore, Australia, and Wales.

This event is free of charge for Carbon Literacy Constultants (CLC) and Carbon Literacy Trainers (CLT)
